me? Nah, I’m not that kind of person.
I believe in setting goals and not resolutions. The resolution image I’m aware of, is basically setting oneself up for failure. If I say I want to read more, come January 15th and if I hadn’t read, I already am not accomplishing my resolution.
I set goals, but more specifically attainable goals. For example, the first time I tried the goal method I said “read a book a month”. Totally doable, but not realistic for me. As they years have gone by, I will say something like read 4 books this year (one per quarter).
This year I will publicly say… (stay toon for my goals list!)
